AND PAYROLL SERVICES
OBJECTIVE
 | To handle all of your Payroll Processing |
 | Prepare all Payroll Checks and have them ready for your signature |
 | Prepare all payroll reports for payroll to include the check register,
employee earnings, monthly and quarterly reports and workman's compensation
reports |
 | Prepare all payroll and monthly tax depository coupons and payments |
 | Prepare all quarterly tax returns |
 | Prepare year-end and payroll tax returns and all employee's W-2's |
 | To handle all of your accounting and tax requirements |
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
 | Supply our office with the needed employees' W-4, I-9 and payroll
earnings rates, deductions and proper company Federal Identification Number |
 | Supply our office with the needed payroll hours, rates, deductions and
any changes to existing payroll records, including any new hires,
terminations or pay rate changes |
 | Supply our office with all of your payroll tax deposit coupons |
MEETING THE NEEDS
 | Our office will compile your payroll from the data that you have
supplied us to include all payroll reports, payroll checks (with your bank
information) ready for your signature |
 | Payroll Checks will be ready the following day after we receive your
payroll hours information |
 | Any corrections or errors will be corrected within four hours of such
notification |
COST ANALYSIS
KEY BENEFITS
 | A factor 2.5 to 4.0 times the fee that this office is charging you
will be saved from your staff handling your payroll needs |
 | By allowing our office to handle your payroll needs for the small fee
quoted above, it will allow your management and staff to work on projects
more important to your operations |
 | By our office handling your payroll, any and all penalties and interest
will be absorbed by this office if any errors are made on payroll tax
deposits and you follow our instructions on such deposits and deadlines for
making such deposits |
 | The time factor that it takes your staff to handle all of the payroll
items will accumulate to over 16 hours per week |
 | By our office handling your payroll and human resources needs, we can
also handle and make sure you are current on all compliance issues with IRS
and the State of Colorado and California |
NEXT STEPS
 | If accepted, an Engagement Agreement will need to be signed |
 | A completed W-4 and I-9 will be needed for all employees |
 | A copy of your Colorado or California and Federal ID Numbers will be needed |
 | A voided check will be needed to obtain all of your banking information
for our payroll checks |
 | The set-up fee of $100 will be needed in advance, along with the check
charge of $85 |
